deployment time can be remarkably shortened; through
distributed transaction management, transaction consistency of cross-
cloud deployment is ensured, and strong fault
recovery capability is provided. Through multi-objective optimization and
online learning, the
system can automatically balance the cost, the performance and the reliability, so that the
resource utilization rate is greatly improved.
