The application discloses a tide gauge station water level prediction method based on a hybrid adaptive graph structure and belongs to the technical fields of hydrological time series prediction, graph neural networks and spatiotemporal data modeling.The application can accurately depict the dynamic correlation between tide gauge stations by constructing a graph structure in real time through a hybrid adaptive matrix generation mechanism with multiple prior knowledge fusion, can efficiently realize spatiotemporal feature extraction and fusion on the graph structure by adopting an improved diffusion convolution recurrent neural network, and can construct an end-to-end joint training framework, so that the adaptive graph structure generation module and the spatiotemporal prediction module can be optimized cooperatively, thereby significantly improving the accuracy and robustness of water level prediction, and especially showing superior adaptability under complex hydrological and meteorological conditions such as typhoons and storm surges.
