Abstract

A battery cooling device for a vehicle is provided to cool a battery cell. The device includes a phase change material (PCM) that cools the battery cell and is disposed to exchange heat with the battery cell and cooling water for cooling the phase change material is disposed to exchange heat with the phase change material.
