The hybrid power control method for the fuel cell vehicle comprises the following steps of setting an upper limit value and a lower limit value of an SOC of a power cell; obtaining an SOC value of the power cell, and controlling the turn-on and turn-off of a fuel cell according to the relationship between the SOC valueand the set upper limit value and lower limit value; when the fuel cell is in a working state, obtaining an expected power need of the fuel cell and an expected power need of the power cell; setting an actual output power of the fuel cell and an actual output power of the power cell according to the expected power need of the fuel cell, a power-efficiency curve of the fuel cell, and the expected power need of the power cell; and controlling the fuel cell and the power cell to jointly output energy to a drive motor and a vehicle load according to the set actual output powers.
