Embodiment Construction

[0031] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and implement it, but the examples given are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0032] Such as figure 1 As shown, it is a method for utilizing artificial microstructures to regulate beam coherence in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the method includes the following steps:

[0033] S10, according to the coherence of the partially coherent light to be generated, determine its phase at each cell position of the corresponding artificial microstructure region.

[0034] Wherein, the cell position is the spatial arrangement position of each nano-cell that constructs the artificial microstructure.

[0035] According to the generation conditions of partially coherent light, the range of the random phase corresponding to the partially coherent lig...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling light beam coherence by utilizing an artificial microstructure. The method comprises the following steps of S10, determining the phase of the to-be-generated partially coherent light at each cellular position of a corresponding artificial microstructure area according to the coherence of the to-be-generated partially coherent light; S20, calculating a rotation angle of the nano cells arranged at each cell position; S30, arranging the nano cells with different rotation angles at corresponding cell positions, and constructing an artificial microstructure for realizing light beam coherence regulation; and S40, enabling the focused light beam to be incident to the surface of the constructed artificial microstructure, selecting anincident region of the artificial microstructure according to requirements, and obtaining a partially coherent light beam with corresponding coherence degree. According to the invention, the noise oflight field regulation can be avoided, the utilization rate of energy is improved, and the accurate modulation of light field coherence is realized; by adopting the structure constructed by the nano cells, the size of the structure can be reduced to a larger extent, and the miniaturization design of an optical system is further facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of coherent optics, in particular to a method for regulating the coherence of light beams by using artificial microstructures. Background technique [0002] As an important branch of modern optics, coherent optics has attracted the attention of a large number of researchers at home and abroad. Coherence actually represents the result of the correlation between some quantities of two points in the fluctuating light field, and this correlation can be measured by the fringe contrast of Young's double-slit interference. Coherence is an important characteristic of the light field, and it is of great significance to the study of the coherence regulation of the light field. It has been found that the coherence regulation of the light field is widely used in free space optical communication, lidar, laser nuclear fusion, special optical imaging, quantum optics, etc. It has important application value in the field. ...
