The circumferential steel bar mounting group comprises a circumferential mechanical arm guide rail and a circumferential supporting arm; and the circumferential mechanical arm guide rail is fixedly connected with the circumferential supporting arm. The circumferential mechanical arm guide rail can be folded freely; and the circumferential supporting arm can do horizontal rotation motion about the base plate platform.
