The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a road foregroundimage by using vehicle-mounted binocular photographic equipment, and automatically generating depth-of-field information through a photogrammetry technology; with a Mask _ RCNN model, classifying andidentifying label plates in the road foreground image, and obtaining coordinate information of a mark on the image; converting an image coordinate system into a camera coordinate system according to the camera focal length and the image depth-of-field information; calculating the actual size of the mark by using the coordinate information of the mark on the image, and calculating the actual terrain clearance of the mark by combining the height of the camera and the vertical coordinate of the mark on the image; and correcting a measurement result through a pitch angle, a roll angle and a courseangle of the camera.
