The method comprises the steps: obtaining various types of feature information, and building a comprehensive data set; utilizing a meta-learning device to obtain a plurality of initial models from the model library; circularly training the plurality of initial models through a pipeline method to obtain an optimal prediction model; screening a comprehensive data set and feature information; adjusting parameters through a Bayesian optimization method; integrating theoptimal prediction model through a step-by-step iteration method; and inputting the to-be-tested data set to the optimal prediction model for fatigue driving prediction. A pipeline method is used forend-to-end data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection and other processes, so that a prediction model can be applied without manual intervention.
