The safety control system comprises a vibration reduction fixing module, a vibration sensing module and a vibration safety control module, wherein the vibration reduction fixing module is used for fixing a concrete conveying pipe to reduce vibration of the concrete conveying pipe, the vibration sensing module is arranged on the vibration reduction fixing module to monitor the vibration condition of the vibration reduction fixing module and generate vibration data,and the vibration safety control module comprises an auxiliary damper, an auxiliary damper motor and a central control computer which are installed on the vibration reduction fixing module and used for increasing damping force of the vibration reduction fixing module; and the central control computer is connected with the vibration sensing module, the auxiliary damper motor and a concrete pump forpumping the concrete conveying pipe, and is used for determining whether to start the auxiliary damper motor or not according to the vibration data so as to increase the damping force of the vibration reduction fixing module. According to the safety control system, the vibration of the pumping pipeline in the concrete pumping process is safely controlled, and pipeline damage caused by too large vibration and damage to a lower attachment structure are avoided.
