Abstract

The orienting device can transfer and move a steel cylinder by means of the steel cylinder conveyer line. When the trigger switch on the steel cylinder conveyer line induces the steel cylinder, the trigger switch sends out a command to the clamping assembly, and at the moment, the clamping assembly clamps and drives the steel cylinder to rotate. In the rotating process of the steel cylinder, a notch in the steel cylinder rotates therewith, too. When the positioning assembly inducesthe notch, the positioning assembly sends out a command to the clamping assembly and the clamping assembly stops driving the steel cylinder to rotate, and at the moment, the steel cylinder is locatedin a correct position. The orienting device drives the steel cylinder to rotate through the clamping assembly and positions the steel cylinder through the positioning assembly, so that the position ofthe steel cylinder is automatically adjusted without manual operations, so that the position adjusting efficiency of the steel cylinder is high and the orienting device is time-saving and labor-saving.
