Embodiment Construction

[0045] In order to have a clearer and intuitive understanding of the technical features, purposes and effects of the present invention, the specific implementation manners of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0046] Such as figure 1 As shown, the device for detecting the quality of concrete in the reaming of cast-in-situ piles based on the heat of hydration of concrete includes: rod integration, guide sleeves and serial temperature sensors.

[0047]The rod assembly includes an extension rod 19 , a guide rod 4 , an upper arm rod 5 , a lower arm rod 6 and an end rod 7 arranged in the guide sleeve and sequentially connected up and down. The extension rod 19 is located at the top of the guide rod, and is provided with an extension rod screw hole 20, and is detachably fixedly connected with the guide rod 4 through the guide rod screw 21, and the top of the extension rod is higher than the top of the guide sleeve. Abstract

The invention provides a device and a method for detecting the quality of concrete in a cast-in-place pile reamed hole based on concrete hydration heat. The device comprises: a rod piece assembly, a guide sleeve and a serial temperature sensor. The rod piece assembly at least comprises a guide rod, an upper arm rod, a lower arm rod and an end rod which are arranged in the guide sleeve and sequentially hinged up and down. At least two pairs of guide wheels are arranged on a rod body of the guide rod. The guide wheel is in rolling contact with the inner wall of the guide sleeve. The guide sleeveis provided with a cavity for accommodating the rod piece assembly. A rectangular opening allowing the upper arm rod and the lower arm rod to bend outwards and extend out is formed in the side wall of the middle of the guide sleeve. The bottom of the guide sleeve is fixedly connected with the bottom of the end rod, the serial temperature sensor comprises a cable and a plurality of temperature sensors, the cable and the rod piece are integrated and arranged in the guide sleeve in parallel, the temperature sensors are fixed to the outer sides of the upper arm rod and the lower arm rod, and thecable is externally connected with an external detection device. The problems of concrete hydration heat temperature test and concrete quality detection in the cast-in-place pile reamed hole are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of pile foundation engineering technology and geotechnical testing technology, in particular to a device and method for detecting the quality of concrete in the reaming of cast-in-situ piles based on the heat of hydration of concrete. Background technique [0002] Cast-in-situ piles are the most commonly used form of pile foundations. With the continuous improvement of foundation bearing capacity requirements for large-scale buildings such as high-rise buildings, heavy port terminals, and long bridges, traditional cast-in-place piles with uniform cross-sections are designed to be longer and longer. In some In the project, it even reached more than 100 meters. Super-long cast-in-situ piles have high bearing capacity, but their construction quality control is difficult, and the long-term settlement after construction is obvious, which leads to many engineering problems. Compared with uniform cross-section cast-in-plac...
