The invention relates to a rotary type continuous feed
fixed bed reactor, which belongs to the technical field of a catalytic
fixed bed reactor, and comprises four reaction kettles, four trays, a rotary disc and a moveable sealing joint, air inlet pipes and air outlet pipes connected respectively with air inlets and air outlets of the reaction kettles, and a
power transmission mechanism. The four reaction kettles are symmetrically fixed on the rotary disc through the four trays respectively. The air inlet and the air outlet of each reaction kettle are connected with corresponding air inlet
pipe and air outlet
pipe at stations I-IV respectively through the moveable sealing joint. A motor output shaft is connected with a rotary disc shaft. The air inlet
pipe of the reaction kettle is in
butt joint with the air inlet of the reaction kettle in
station I and sleeved with a heat exchange sleeve. The air inlet of the heat exchange sleeve is connected with the air outlet of the reaction kettle at a replacement
station III and the air outlet is communicated with
atmosphere. The rotary type continuous feed
fixed bed reactor maintains stable production and large
throughput of the fixed
bed reactor and overcomes the deficiency that current fixed
bed reactor fails to produce continuously, thereby realizing efficient, energy-saving, continuous, stable and large-scale production.
