flue gas forms rotating
airflow, and primary separation of particulate matter is achieved through the centrifugal effect; meanwhile, disturbance and local acceleration treatment are carried out on air flow in combination with the separation
assembly, particulate matter is further separated from the air flow, and therefore a multi-stage separation mechanism is formed, the separation efficiency of the particulate matter in the
hazardous waste incineration tail gas is remarkably improved, and the better separation effect on fine particles is achieved; the gas flows back to the inner shell and is discharged after being subjected to particle
sedimentation in a low-speed area, so that particles are prevented from directly entering the
exhaust pipe, meanwhile, residual particles in the
backflow gas are secondarily intercepted by utilizing the matching effect of a movable column, a spring and a filter screen in the
backflow assembly, particle accumulation is reduced through
elastic vibration, and the exhaust efficiency is improved. Therefore, the re-entrainment phenomenon of particulate matters is effectively reduced.
