An inlet of the pipeline is connected with the water storage tank. The fire pump, the proportional mixing device and the at leasttwo spray guns are sequentially arranged in the direction from the inlet of the pipeline to an outlet of the pipeline. The proportional mixing device is provided with a first inlet, a second inlet and an outlet and the first inlet and the outlet communicate with the pipeline. An outlet of the foam liquid storage tank is connected with the second inlet of the proportional mixing device through thefoam liquid pump. Supporting columns are arranged at the diagonal positions of the periphery of a transformer in the outdoor transformer substation correspondingly. Each spray gun is arranged at thetop end of the corresponding supporting column. The two spray guns at the diagonal positions can completely wrap the transformer.
