A light diffusion agent is compounded from organic polymer cross linking microspheres with different refractive indexes and grain diameters, the light diffusion agent mother material is prepared from 100 weight parts of polyester resin, 60 to 100 weight parts of compounded light diffusion agents and 1 to 7 weight parts of diffusion resin through high-speed diffusion and fused extrusion grain cutting by a double-screw extruding machine. The invention also provides a high-transparency heat-resistance light diffusion film prepared by using the light diffusion agent mother materials as additives. The light diffusion layer of the light diffusion film is formed by mixing the light diffusion agent mother materials and polyester slices according to the mixture ratio of 40 to 60 weight percent of polyester slices and 40 to 60 weight percent of the light diffusion agent mother materials. The light diffusion film prepared by the invention has high light transmission rate, high mist degree, excellent heat resistance performance and excellent dimension stability, and is particularly suitable for being used as the light diffusion film in a back light module of a large-dimension liquid crystal display.

The invention discloses a green microemulsion metal cutting fluid and is characterized in that its formula comprises mixed base oil, synthetic ester, an oiliness agent, an extreme pressure antiwear additive, a clean dispersant agent, an antirust anticorrosion additive, an anti-oxidant, an oil mist inhibitor, a bactericide, an antifoaming agent, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and a cosurfactant. A preparation method of the green microemulsion metal cutting fluid comprises the following steps of: firstly preparing an oil phase, heating the base oil to 50-60 DEG C, successively adding the oiliness agent, synthetic ester, the extreme pressure antiwear additive, the clean dispersant agent and the antirust anticorrosion additive, uniformly stirring and mixing to prepare an oil phase system; then preparing a water phase, successively adding the bactericide and the antifoaming agent into water, uniformly stirring and mixing to prepare a water phase system; finally emulsifying the systems, and slowly adding the water phase into the oil phase system to form the green microemulsion metal cutting fluid. The green microemulsion metal cutting fluid provided by the invention has advantages of excellent extreme pressure wear resistance, resistance to hard water, long using period and the like.

The invention provides a high-elastic denim fabric, wherein PTT fiber filaments and spandex filaments are adopted as core yarns. Fasciated yarns are spun into double stretch yarn core-spun yarns, and then the double stretch yarn core-spun yarns are weaved in a three-upward one-downward right twill-weave mode to form cotton roves. After that, the high-elastic denim fabric is prepared successively through the steps of spinning double stretch yarn core-spun yarns, warping, starch dyeing, singeing, desizing, mercerising and washing finished products. The tensile elastic elongation rate of the high-elastic denim fabric prepared by the above method is up to 53.5% and the tensile elastic recovery rate thereof is up to 92.7%. Meanwhile, through setting the ratio of two types of stretch yarns, stretch yarns of different elastic performances can be obtained to meet different elastic requirements. The current situation that the conventional male denim fabric is not elastic can be changed. Meanwhile, the physical and chemical properties and the wearing comfortness of male denim clothes are improved to a certain degree. The fabric is soft and comfortable in hand feeling, good in shape-retaining ability, high in degree of dyeing and good in color fastness, thereby meeting the moderate sport requirement of men when wearing denim clothes. At the same time, the fabric does not unduly fit, thus having a good development prospect and a large value space.
