The invention relates to a high-birefringence saturable absorption ring self-excitation multi-wavelength high-OSNR Brillouin fiber laser. The fiber laser comprises a bidirectional erbium-doped fiber amplifier EDFA, a single-mode fiber SMF, a high-birefringence saturable absorption ring, an optical circulator, a first optical coupler and a spectrum analyzer. In the invention, a linear structure with a high-birefringence saturable absorption ring is utilized; threshold power required by erbium-doped fiber pumping is effectively reduced; and meanwhile, an occurrence probability of a space hole burning effect (SHB effect) is increased, the SHB effect can effectively inhibit occurrence of modal competition, stable multi-wavelength oscillation, a high birefringence effect in a high birefringencesaturable absorption ring and a saturable absorption narrow-band filtering characteristic are promoted, and the number of self-shock wave lengths and high OSNR of a multi-wavelength laser are guaranteed respectively.
