Abstract

The charging and discharging circuit comprises a storage battery, a discharging connection unit, a charging connection unit, a control unit, a relay unit and an inversion conversion unit, wherein the relay unit and the inversion conversion unit are controlled by the control unit, one end of the inversion conversion unit is connected with the storage battery, the other end is connected with a first end of the relay unit, a second end of the relay unit comprises a charging connection end and a discharging connection end, the charging connection end is connected with the charging connection unit, and the discharging connection end is connected with the discharging connection unit. The charging anddischarging circuit is advantaged in that the control unit controls the first end of the relay unit to be communicated with a charging connection end or a discharging connection end, and then adjustsparameters of the inversion conversion unit according to the connection condition, and thereby charging and discharging of the storage battery are achieved through a set of topology, and waste of resources is avoided.
