Specifically, in the active intelligent reflection surface, each independent reflection unit can utilize an active circuit to realize anegative impedance characteristic, phase adjustment is performed on an incident signal to enable multiple paths of reflection signals to be mutually enhanced or offset at a receiver, and meanwhile, amplitude amplification is performed on the incident signal to enable a signal transmission distance to be enhanced. In order to achieve the purpose, the reflection coefficient of a reflection unit of the active intelligent reflection surface needs to be optimized, and meanwhile a receiver needs to optimize a receiving beam forming vector of the active intelligent reflection surface.
