The invention further discloses an application of the minor radix buplenri granules or the minor radix buplenrigranules and amikacin in preparation of drugs for preventing and treating carbapenem-resistant klebsiella pneumoniae infection. It is found that the minor radix buplenri granules can be combined withthe amikacin in antibiotics to improve the antibacterial effect on CRKP, have the sensitization effect and can serve as a natural antibiotic sensitizer. The combined use of the minor radix buplenri granules and the amikacin can enhance the clinical treatment on the CRKP infection, and especially has good antibacterial effect and sensitization effect on bacterial pneumonia caused by the CRKP.
