The pollution-free anti-epidemic air supply system comprises a central air conditioner processor, a fresh air pipe for introducing air from the outside, an air supply main pipe for supplying air to al cabins and an air return main pipe for returning air from all the cabins to the central air conditioner processor;a first sterilization and epidemic prevention device is arranged at the front end of the joint of the air return main pipe and each cabin air return port, and a second sterilization and epidemic prevention device is arranged in the air return main pipe; and a third sterilization and epidemic prevention device is arranged in the air supply main pipe, and a fourth sterilization and epidemic prevention device is arranged at the front end of the joint of the air supply main pipe and each cabin air distributor. Each sterilization and epidemic prevention device is provided with a multi-stage intensity adjusting device, and only the common intensity needs to be started in the conventional period; and the intensity of each stage of device is adjusted to the maximum in the epidemic situation period, so that the safety of personnel on the ship is ensured.
