The method comprises the following steps: firstly, exploring a change rule of a pixel value of a surface color of an actual object after digital imaging through an image acquisition sensor under irradiation of different illumination intensities; obtaining a preliminary image enhancement formula, performing enhancement processing on a to-be-enhanced image by using the formula to obtain an enhanced image 1, performing histogram equalization processing on the to-be-enhanced image to obtain an enhanced image 2, and finally performing weighted fusion on the to-be-enhanced image and the corresponding enhanced image 1 and enhanced image 2 to obtain a final enhanced effect image.
