The multimodal transport path optimization method comprises the following steps: establishinga multimodal transport path optimization model under the uncertain conditions; utilizing a random simulation method and a powerful law to generate input and output data for training the RBF neural network model; inputting the uncertain transportation speed and transfer time generated by random simulation, and outputting expected delay punishment cost and an expected delivery time constraint valueby the trained RBF neural network model; and calculating a multimodal transport optimal path scheme under an uncertain condition based on a differential evolution algorithm. According to the method, the multimodal transport path scheme with the optimal expected total transport cost can be output under the condition that the cargo transport speed and the transport time are uncertain, the transporttimeliness and economy are improved, and decision support is provided for a transport enterprise to formulate a reasonable logistics path scheme.
