Embodiment 1

[0031] In this example, the iron-manganese modified coconut shell biochar material is obtained by modifying the coconut shell biochar with ferric nitrate and potassium permanganate.

[0032] The preparation method of the iron-manganese modified coconut shell biochar material of the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0033] (1) Measure 0.672mol‧L -1 Fe(NO 3 ) 3 .9H 2 O solution and 0.244 mol‧L -1 KMnO 4 Each solution was 200mL, mixed evenly, and then sodium hydroxide solution was added dropwise therein to adjust the pH value to 7 to obtain a mixed solution;

[0034] (2) Weigh 100g of coconut shell biochar, add it to the mixed solution obtained in step (1), and mix evenly to obtain a suspension;

[0035] (3) Place the suspension obtained in step (2) in an ultrasonic machine, ultrasonically disperse at 25°C for 2 hours, continue to stir evenly, then place it in a water bath, evaporate to dryness in a water bath at 85°C, and then place it in a muffle furnace...

Embodiment 2

[0037] Application of iron and manganese modified coconut shell biochar materials in heavy metal polluted soil

[0038] The soil cultivation test was carried out in the net room in front of the Huanke Building of Hunan Agricultural University. The soil was collected from the 0-20cm plow layer soil that was abandoned and polluted by heavy metals around a smelter in Xiawan District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. It is neutral purple sand soil. Soil pH is 7.43, Cd content is 253.67mg‧kg -1 , As content is 147.11mg‧kg -1 . According to the "Soil Environmental Quality Agricultural Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standard (Trial)" (GB15618-2018), the soil Cd and As content exceeded the standard by 422.78 times and 4.90 times respectively. The early rice variety cultivated in this example is "Zhongjiazao 17" , the late rice variety is "Luyou 9803".

[0039] Two treatments were set up in this experiment: control group (CK): no addition of iron-manganese modified coconut shell carb...

Abstract

The invention relates to an iron-manganese modified coconut shell biochar material and a preparation method and application thereof. The iron-manganese modified coconut shell biochar material is obtained by modifying coconut shell biochar with soluble iron salt and soluble permanganate, the preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: (1) respectively dissolving the soluble iron salt and the soluble permanganate in water, uniformly mixing, and adjusting the pH value to obtain a mixed solution; (2) adding coconut shell charcoal into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) to obtain turbid liquid; (3) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the turbid liquid obtained in the step (2), heating, evaporating to dryness, then putting into a muffle furnace, modifying in an inert gas atmosphere, cooling, washing and drying to obtain iron-manganese modified coconut shell charcoal; the material can efficiently passivate the bioavailability of Cd and As in soil, prevents andcontrols the absorption and accumulation of Cd and As by rice, and has a good remediation effect on Cd and As combined polluted soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of remediation of heavy metal pollution, and in particular relates to an iron-manganese modified coconut shell biochar material and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Cd is a silvery-white shiny metal with high toxicity. The air and food polluted by Cd are seriously harmful to the human body, and its metabolism in the human body is slow. Japan once experienced "Itai-Itai Disease" due to cadmium poisoning. As is a metalloid element and widely exists in nature. As and its compounds are used in pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and many kinds of alloys. On October 27, 2017, the International Agency for Research on Cancer of the World Health Organization listed As and its inorganic compounds in the list of carcinogens. [0003] Hunan is a "hometown of non-ferrous metals" and also a "land of fish and rice". Due to the mining of non-ferrous metal mines, the soil area polluted by ...
