Abstract

The self-resetting steel plate shear wall building structure comprises a bottom foundation, a building frame arranged on the bottom foundation, self-resetting steel plate shear wall lateral resisting units and first connecting pieces used for connecting the self-resetting steel plate shear wall lateral resisting units with a floor slab. Each self-resetting steel plate shear wall lateral resisting unit comprises a steel plate shear wall, a second column component and a second beam component. The self-resetting steel plate shear wall lateral resisting units are symmetrically arranged in the building frame. The floor slab is in rigid connection with the building frame and the second beam components. A first gap is formed between the floor slab and the second column components. The first connecting pieces are connected to the bottom of the floor slab. Two ends of each first connecting piece are connected tothe corresponding second beam component and a first beam component of the building frame correspondingly. When the self-resetting steel plate shear wall building structure is subjected to seismic action, the floor slab, the building frame and the first connecting pieces on the bottom of the floor slab work cooperatively, the circumstance that the floor slab cracks or the first connecting pieces are damaged can be avoided, and thus, horizontal inertia force is effectively and reasonably transmitted into the self-resetting steel plate shear wall lateral resisting units in a damage-free mode.
