The method comprises the steps that after the intelligent lock obtains a locking instruction, a Bluetooth broadcast signal is received; if the Bluetooth broadcast signal is a first Bluetooth broadcast signal, the intelligent lock is controlled to besuccessfully locked according to the locking instruction, and the first Bluetooth broadcast signal is used for indicating that the current position is located in a parking area; and if the Bluetooth broadcast signal is a second Bluetooth broadcast signal, the intelligent lock is controlled to fail to be locked according to the locking instruction, and the second Bluetooth broadcast signal is usedfor indicating that the current position is located in a parking control area.
