The shock-proof safety device comprises wall bodies, cross beams and a plurality of shock isolation devices, wherein the cross beams extend in the horizontal direction and are fixedly mounted between the two wall bodies, the shock isolation devices are arranged between the ends of the cross beams and the wall bodies, each shock isolation device comprises a swing arm and a rotation stopping device, each rotation stopping device comprises a rotating part, a fixed part and a rotating arm, one end of each swing arm is rotationally mounted on the corresponding cross beam, and the other end of each swing arm is rotationally mounted at the suspended end of the corresponding rotating arm. When stress belts of the cross beams swing, swing of the cross beams is transmitted to the rotating arms, so that the swing arms drive the rotating parts to rotate. Each rotating part comprises an outer cylinder connected to the corresponding rotating arm and a rubber sleeve arranged on the inner side of the corresponding outer cylinder. Each fixing part comprises a rotation stopping column and a plurality of extrusion pieces.
