Abstract

The invention provides a differential pressure self-adaptive metering section of a differential pressure type flowmeter. The differential pressure self-adaptive metering section comprises a shell, a guiding device, a spindle-shaped throttling body, a high-pressure measuring opening, a low-pressure measuring opening and an elastic device. The whole shell is in a circular tube shape, the spindle-shaped throttling body is arranged in the shell and coaxially installed with the shell, the elastic device is installed at the tail of the spindle-shaped throttling body, the guiding device is integrallyintegrated on the inner surface of the shell, and the high-pressure measuring opening and the low-pressure measuring opening are formed in the positions, opposite to the front portion and the middleportion of the spindle-shaped throttling body, of the outer surface of the shell respectively. According to the invention, the on-way pressure loss is inversely proportional to the length of the flowchannel, and the pressure difference of the throttling element is positively related to the flow; and thus the differential pressure-flow relation curve meets the mathematical convex or linear function relation. The pressure difference is large when the flow is small, the pressure difference is small when the flow is large to guarantee that differential pressure-flow meets one-to-one mapping, andlow-pressure-loss, large-range-ratio and high-precision flow metering can be achieved.
