The throughput of the blockchain network and robustness and high efficiency of transactions are improved. The idea of the incentive cooperative relay model based on the cost transaction output (UTXO) block chain network is that nodes should pay for corresponding relay work and encourage message propagation to be accelerated. The invention provides a relay payment scheme for solving a relay incentive problem by utilizing the payment property of a block chain and the characteristics of a UTXO model. The local token in a blockchain provides a direct and favorable payment method, and the UTXO model binds the relay node and the message initiator which are interested in, so as to achieve rapid transmission of transactions.
