The invention discloses a multi-phase power converter and a control circuit and a control method thereof. The multi-phase power converter is provided with a plurality of power stage circuits. Each power stage circuit is provided with a control circuit corresponding to the power stage circuit, each control circuit comprises a first port and a second port, the first ports are connected together to receive centralized control signals, and the second ports are used for identifying the phase sequence of each phase. And the control circuit gates corresponding pulses in the centralized control signalaccording to the centralized control signal and the current phase sequence so as to adjust the working state of the current power level circuit, thereby realizing the interleaving control of the multi-phase power converter. The control method efficiently and simply realizes uniform interleaving of control signals of each phase, and further improves the power density of the multi-phase power converter.
