The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette production, and relates to an algorithm for realizing predictive maintenance and perfection of a chopper disk, which comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring a data set, and establishing a weight index value of a standard cigarette according to the acquired data set; S2, comparing with a standard cigarette to calculate a similarity index of the corresponding standard cigarette; S3, according to the weight index value of the standard cigarette and the similarity index of the standard cigarette, constructing a model for predictive maintenance and perfection of the chopper disk; S4, continuously monitoring the similarity indexes of the cigarettes obtained through the model, observing the distribution of the similarity indexes, andjudging whether the chopper disk needs to be maintained and perfected according to the expression condition of the similarity indexes of the cigarettes on the chopper disk; and S5, correcting the mechanical parameters of the chopper disk according to a feedback result.
