The resource scheduling methodcomprises the steps of determining model information of a set calculation model; setting that the calculation model comprises at least one calculation layer; based on the model information and the hardware architecture, determining configuration information corresponding to the hardware accelerator when executing operation of each computing layer in at least one computing layer, wherein the configuration information at least comprises a working mode of each memristor chip in the at least one memristor chip, and the working mode represents the number of memristor arrays correspondingly configured by each hardware resource in the memristor chip; and when the operation of each computing layer in the at least one computing layer is executed, performing hardware resource scheduling on the hardware accelerator according to the corresponding configuration information.
