Abstract

The invention relates to an application of alkaloids kokusaginine and robustine in preparation of a medicine for treating leucoderma. Test results show that the alkaloids kokusaginine and robustine can stably promote melanin generation and improve tyrosinase activity, and have good concentration dependence; and the alkaloids also show concentration dependence on the promotion of the melanin content in the B16 cells, when the lowest concentration of the kokusaginine is 1 [mu]M, the melanin generation is obviously promoted, the relative content of the melanin can reach 119% respectively, and thecontent of melanin in cells is increased. The alkaloids kokusaginine and robustine are used as a lead compound for treating the leucoderma.
