Abstract

The invention provides a method for establishing a backup path, a method for switching the backup path, routing equipment and a storage medium. The method for establishing the backup path comprises the steps that a target node obtains a network topology and node labels of nodes in the network topology, and generates a branch backup path according to the network topology and the node labels, wherein the branch backup path is a path used for protecting the target node and a main path of a next hop node of the target node. Through adopting the method, the problem of network service interruption due to the fact that an initial node needs to perform SPF calculation again is solved.
