Abstract

The anti-emulsion demulsifier comprises 20%-25% of sodium perfluorononenyloxybenzenesulfonate, 25%-30% of polyethylene glycoloctadecanol ether, 15%-20% of alkylphenol ethoxylates, 12%-16% of fatty alcohol polyether, 4%-8% of a cosolvent, 5%-10% of a stabilizer and 6%-8% of a catalyst. According to the anti-emulsion demulsifier for acid fracturing and the preparation method thereof, after the demulsifier is prepared and discharged through a mixing device, a motor is started to be matched with a first driving piece and asecond driving piece to drive a mixing barrel to move upwards, so that the mixing barrel and a cleaning ring move downwards, and a large amount of the demulsifier adhering to the inner wall of the mixing barrel is pushed out to a supporting disc; the upper side of a receiving bag is separated from the supporting disc, a bag opening in the upper side of the receiving bag is tightened, a solution ispushed to flow into a liquid discharging pipe through a through hole in the center of the bag opening by downward extrusion of the hand and then flows into a collecting container, waste caused in thedemulsifier production process is reduced, and more energy is saved and more environment is protected.
