The invention discloses a diatomite
flame-retardant
foaming agent. According to the key technical scheme, the diatomite
flame-retardant
foaming agent is prepared from dried diatomite, attapulgite clay
powder with high
viscosity,
sodium bicarbonate,
sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate,
sodium polyacrylate, sodium
pyrophosphate,
ammonium polyphosphate and
zinc borate, wherein all the components are stirred, ground to form
powder and packaged, thereby obtaining a finished product of the diatomite
flame-retardant
foaming agent. After the diatomite flame-retardant foaming agent is stirred at a high speed by adding water, a great quantity of gas is released quickly, so that a porous foam
slurry is formed. After the porous foam
slurry is sprayed from a high-pressure water gun, the porous foam
slurry can be used for performing fire extinguishment directly, wherein the
surface layer of a combustible material is stably shielded by the foam slurry, so that a foam slurry membrane is formed. Thus, the combustible material is rapidly prohibited from coming into contact with the air. As a result, the combustible material is prevented form burning continuously, i.e., the purposes of
flame resistance and fire extinguishment are realized. The diatomite flame-retardant foaming agent is suitable for the production of light-weight flame-retardant board materials, light-weight flame-retardant wall bodies and flame-retardant sound-attenuating and
noise-reducing products.
