Abstract

Predicting blood pressure measurements with limited pressurization is disclosed herein. More specifically, a blood pressure measurement system is disclosed. The blood pressure measurement system includes a blood pressure cuff, one or more sensors configured to measure a physiological signal of a patient during a change in pressure of the blood pressure cuff, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to process the output from the one or more sensors to generate feature vector data corresponding to a change in pressure of the blood pressure cuff. The control unit estimates a first blood pressure value of the patient by using a first algorithm using the feature vector data as input data. The control unit stores and / or outputs the first blood pressure value.
