Problems solved by technology

However, in the process of practical application, it was found that the reduction rate of pokeweed biomass is relatively high, and the reduction in biomass is more significant for soils with higher oil pollution levels.
Therefore, the restoration efficiency is very low in the restoration process, and a large number of pokeweed needs to be continuously replanted, and the restoration cost is high

Embodiment Construction

[0025] In order to facilitate those skilled in the art to understand the present invention, the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples.

[0026] 1. Expansion of the tested strains

[0027] Funneliformis mosseae (Fm) was purchased from MycAgro, France. Alfalfa (Medicago Sativa Linn) was used as the host plant for the propagation of Glomus moses. Alfalfa seeds were provided by the School of Life Sciences, Shandong University. Evenly mix sterilized quartz sand through a 20-mesh sieve with Moses' balloon fungicide at 5 wt%, and fill the sterilized flowerpot. Then 25 sterilized alfalfa seeds were sown in flower pots. The diameter of the top of the flowerpot is 230mm, the height is 180mm, and each pot contains 1500g. Finally, the liquid MSR medium was poured into the flowerpot holder, and the entire matrix was fully infiltrated by using the principle of osmosis.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of remediation of soil-contaminated environments, in particular to a method for enhancing the petroleum-contaminated soil remediation capacity of phytolacca americana. Specifically, an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal inoculant is inoculated into a phytolacca americana growth substrate to enhance the petroleum-contaminated soil remediation capacity of phytolacca americana. Preferably, the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal inoculant is a glomus mosseae inoculant. According to the invention, glomus mosseae plays a role in promoting the mineral nutrient absorption, growth and development of phytolacca americana, and enhances the capacity of the phytolacca americana in degrading petroleum pollution in soil. Specifically, after glomus mosseae is inoculated, the biomass of phytolacca americana is increased by 38.55%, and a petroleum degradation rate is increased by 50.00%. By inoculating glomus mosseae, the biomass of phytolacca americana in petroleum-contaminated soil can be remarkably improved, and the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate of phytolacca americana in the petroleum-contaminated soil remediation process is remarkably increased. Moreover, the method has the advantages of no negative influence on the environment, no secondary pollution, good remediation effect and low cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of soil pollution environment remediation, in particular to a method for enhancing pokeweed's ability to remediate oil-contaminated soil. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of the level of industrialization and urbanization, the demand for petroleum products in countries around the world has risen sharply. In 2020, the global petroleum consumption will be close to 4.6 billion tons. However, leakage accidents often occur in the process of mining, refining, processing, storage and transportation, resulting in serious soil and groundwater pollution, making oil-contaminated sites a hot spot in current contaminated site restoration projects in my country. Oil leaked into the soil is mainly adsorbed in the micropores or even nanopores of the soil to form a non-aqueous liquid. Due to the lack of biological metabolism conditions such as air and water, it is difficult to biodegrade and the ...
