Abstract

The invention discloses a lensless microscopic imaging system and an image reconstruction method based on average projection iteration. The system is composed of an LED light source, a sample table and a camera. According to the image reconstruction method, through an iterative algorithm based on average projection and self-adaptive pixel super-resolution, high-resolution phase information of a to-be-measured optical wave field is recovered from a light intensity image shot by a camera under monochromatic light illumination, then the complex amplitude of a to-be-measured object on a focusing surface is obtained through numerical back propagation, and finally image filtering is carried out to obtain the amplitude and phase information of the object with high signal-to-noise ratio on the focusing surface. Other imaging optical elements are not needed, the size of a microscope can be reduced, and the cost is reduced; and meanwhile, a quantitative phase image of a sample with high signal-to-noise ratio is obtained by utilizing the image information on a plurality of out-of-focus planes, so that the label-free three-dimensional imaging of the biological cell sample is realized. The method is expected to be widely applied to the fields of cytobiology, zoology, life science, medical diagnosis and the like.
