Problems solved by technology

Among them, the current-carrying conductor is the current-carrying part of the high-temperature superconducting cable, and is the core component of the superconducting cable system. A circumferential magnetic field is generated between the layers, and the strength of the magnetic field at different positions is uneven, which affects the power transmission of the superconducting cable

Abstract

The invention provides a high-temperature superconducting cable electrifying conductor. The high-temperature superconducting cable electrifying conductor comprises a flexible framework; a first insulating layer which is spirally wound on the flexible framework; an A-phase superconducting layer which is formed by spirally winding a superconducting tape on the first insulating layer in a first direction at a preset winding angle theta; a second insulating layer which is spirally wound on the A-phase superconducting layer; a B-phase superconducting layer which is formed by spirally winding a superconducting tape on the second insulating layer in a second direction at a preset winding angle theta; a third insulating layer which is spirally wound on the B-phase superconducting layer; a C-phasesuperconducting layer which is formed by spirally winding a superconducting tape on the third insulating layer in a first direction at a preset winding angle theta; a fourth insulating layer which isspirally wound on the C-phase superconducting layer; a copper shielding layer which is spirally wound on the fourth insulating layer; a fifth insulating layer which is spirally wound on the copper shielding layer; and a protective layer which is spirally wound on the fifth insulating layer; wherein the first direction and the second direction are symmetrical about the central axis of the cable. The high-temperature superconducting cable electrifying conductor can reduce a circumferential magnetic field and homogenize the magnetic field, is suitable for occasions of short-distance power transmission, and realizes low-loss, high-efficiency and high-capacity power transmission.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of superconducting cables, in particular to an electric conductor of a high-temperature superconducting cable. Background technique [0002] High-temperature superconducting cable system is a power facility that uses unimpeded superconducting materials that can transmit high current density as a conductor and can transmit large currents. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low loss and large transmission capacity. Realize low-loss, high-efficiency, large-capacity power transmission. The high temperature superconducting cable system will first be used in short-distance power transmission occasions (such as generators to transformers, substation centers to substations, underground substations to urban power grid ports) and short-distance transmission of large currents such as electroplating plants, power plants and substations. occasions, as well as large or very large urban power transmission ...
