Abstract

The invention provides application of a miR-325 nucleic acid analog in preparation of a sinusoid endothelial cell pathologic dysfunction treatment related product. Through recovering expression of genes of cells stabilin-2, PTPRM and YWHAQ by signal channels directly and indirectly influenced by miR-325, sinusoid endothelial cells can re-differentiate, the capacity of the sinusoid endothelial cells for regulating inflammations and resisting activation of stellate cells is promoted, and thus, vascular pathological changes can be effectively relieved.
