Abstract

The invention discloses an IO port configuration device, PLC configuration software and an IO port configuration method thereof. The device comprises a definition unit which defines resources of a logic port and uses the logic port to define variables, wherein the logic port is a virtualization port of a physical port of controlled PLC hardware, and the logic port uses resources of the logic portin PLC application program codes; the device further comprises a mapping unit which is used for configuring a mapping relationship between the logic port and a physical port of the controlled PLC hardware; and the mapping unit is further used for realizing mapping and transmission of data and functions between the logic port and the physical port of the controlled PLC hardware according to the mapping relationship between the logic port and the physical port of the controlled PLC hardware, which is obtained by configuration, under the condition that a PLC application program runs in the controlled PLC hardware. According to the scheme, by decoupling the application program and the controlled mainboard hardware, the transportability of the application program developed by the configurationsoftware is improved, and the code change efficiency of the application program is improved when IO resources of the hardware mainboard are replaced.
