Abstract

The invention provides a wire harness splitting device. The wire harness splitting device comprises a wire plugging unit and a wire splitter, wherein a wire harness jack for inserting a wire harness is formed in the wire plugging unit along a length direction, and a wire splitting groove which communicates with the wire harness jack and is in the same direction as the wire harness jack is formed in the surface of the wire plugging unit; the surface of the wire plugging unit is provided with a deconcentrator channel which communicates with a wire splitting groove and the wire harness jack alongthe width direction of the wire plugging unit; the deconcentrator is gradually reduced in size in a width direction and a thickness direction to form a tip at one end; and when the deconcentrator isinserted into the deconcentrator channel, the tip of the deconcentrator penetrates through a shielding wire, located at the intersection of the deconcentrator channel and the wire harness jack, of thewire harness, so the shielding wire is popped up from the deconcentrator groove. According to the invention, automatic splitting of a part of the shielded wire can be realized; and compared with manual operation, the processing efficiency of wire harness splitting can be improved, the precision of wire harness separation is ensured, and the consistency of product production is improved.
