Abstract

The invention discloses a longitudinal and vertical integrated control system for a vehicle equipped with non-inflatable wheels, and a method thereof. The vehicle is equipped with the non-inflatable elastic wheels driven by hub motors. The longitudinal and vertical control system comprises an electronic accelerator, a vehicle inertia sensor, a vehicle speed sensor, a gyroscope, an active suspension controller, a tire force distribution controller, four hub motor controllers and four hub motors. The vehicle body active suspension controller is used for obtaining expected longitudinal force, vertical force and pitching moment. The tire force distribution controller distributes force in a mode of minimizing the tire load rate. By means of the control system and method, it can be guaranteed that the vehicle body generates continuous vertical acceleration due to acceleration or braking and other actions during high-speed running of the vehicle, pitching motion is reduced as much as possible, and safety accidents caused by vehicle instability due to large posture changes of the vehicle under the conditions are avoided.
