Abstract

The invention provides an interactive service recommendation method based on double interactive relationships and an attention mechanism. The core of the method is a service call prediction model. Themodel comprises the steps that a text feature extractor based on a Google Inception network and a graph embedding technology node2vec are used for extracting content features and calling features ofWeb application programs and services respectively; based on an attention mechanism and a multi-layer perceptron, content interaction and calling interaction among the Web application program to be developed, the selected service and the candidate service are respectively learned; the two interactions are integrated based on a multi-layer perceptron; a softmax function is used to predict the likelihood that a developer selects a current candidate service as a component service. The interactive service recommendation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: predicting thescore of each candidate service by using the model; recommending the N candidate services with the highest prediction score to the developer; after the developer selects a plurality of component services, enabling the recommendation process to enter the next round; and repeating the steps until the requirements of the developer are completely met.
