Abstract

The invention provides an assembly welding method for a high-strength alloy steel plate with magnetism. The assembly welding method comprises the steps that (1) inclined welding grooves are machined in the upper side and the lower side of the butt joint position of the steel plate correspondingly, wherein the width and the depth of the welding groove in the upper portion are both larger than those of the welding groove in the lower portion; (2) the areas, within the range of 50mm, of the surfaces and the two sides of the grooves are cleaned up; (3) the welding position is preheated; (4) welding is conducted under protection of protective gas, multi-layer welding is conducted from the middle to the two sides of the steel plate, welding is conducted every one meter, and the magnetic field intensity is detected in the welding process; and (5) heat treatment is conducted on a welding seam after welding is completed. According to the assembly welding method for the high-strength alloy steel plate with magnetism, the magnetic blow-out phenomenon can be effectively weakened, and thus the welding effect is guaranteed; and under the combined action of gas shielded welding and submerged-arc welding, defects can be effectively prevented from being generated in the welding process.
