The outdoor power transformation box comprises a case and an air bellow which are fixedly connected, wherein an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole are respectively formed in the case, an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively formed in the air bellow, and an air cooling assembly and a heat absorption assembly are respectively arranged between the case and the air bellow. Wind power entering the air bellow drives a driving wind wheel and a main shaft to rotate, and the cold air wind wheel located below the transformer is arranged in the lower end of the case so as to achieve air-cooling heat dissipation; a reciprocating swing rod is driven by a plane rotating disc to perform reciprocating deflection, so a dipping plate connected with a driven rack realizes reciprocating horizontal movement under the driving action of a driving half gear, thereby realizing contact with a high-temperature electric transducer multiple times; and a continuously rotating pressure applying cam is used for applying pressure to soft package, so cooling liquid can be uniformly smeared on the transformer through the dipping plate, and the evaporation of the cooling liquid is used for absorbing and consuming the high-temperature heat on the transformer so as to realize physical cooling.
