The rotating wheel humidity adjusting device comprises an adsorption type rotating wheel, a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, a first part of the adsorption type rotating wheel is located on the air inlet side of a ventilation system of the air conditioner system, and a second part of the adsorption type rotating wheel is located on the air return side of the ventilation system; the first heat exchanger is arranged at the position, close to the second part, of the air return side and communicates with a refrigerant loop of the air conditioning system, and the air conditioning system controls the first heat exchanger to conduct refrigeration or heating through the refrigerant loop; and the second heat exchanger is arranged at the position, close to the first part, of the air inlet side and communicates with the refrigerant loop, and the air conditioning system controls the second heat exchanger to conduct refrigeration or heating through the refrigerant loop. According to the rotating wheel humidity adjusting device, moisture in air is absorbed and moisture in the adsorption type rotating wheel is released through energy of the air conditioning system, so that the purpose of adjusting humidity of air conditioning air is achieved, and the energy utilization rate is increased.
