The invention further discloses a multi-thread synchronization method which comprises the step of executing each thread in multiple threads according to a thread execution time adjusting method, so that each thread is executed within the corresponding preset execution time. The invention further discloses a robot and a storage medium. According to the adjusting method, the problem of thread execution timeout is at least solved, and the thread execution time accuracy is improved.
