[0019] Referring now to the accompanying drawings, Figure 1-Figure 3 A splice connector assembly 10 is shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. The splice connector assembly 10 may include an electrically insulating housing 20 and a conductive bus plate 30 (see figure 2 ). Housing 20 may include an upper housing portion 50 (see figure 1 and image 3 ) and the lower housing portion 60, the upper housing portion 50 and the lower housing portion 60 are engageably coupled to each other to jointly form a substantially rectangular shape.
