The intelligent production process comprises the following steps that accurate grabbing is carried out on bricks, and the grabbed bricks are placed on a conveying line body to complete conveying of the bricks; the corresponding bricks are grabbed, then the grabbed bricks are placed on a conveying tray, and concrete pouring is carried out on the designated positions of the surfaces of brick stacks every time one layer of bricks is placed; after each layer of bricks are subjected to concrete pouring, reinforcing steel bars are conveyed to the lower portion of the brick pile to be subjected to steel bar penetration; lifting function is carried out on the reinforcing steel bars, every time one layer of sintered bricks are stacked, one layer of the reinforcing steel bars penetrate through one brick pile, then grouting is carried out in holes where the reinforcing steel bars penetrate till the holes are filled, and then the step is repeated till the set wallboard combination height is reached; and formed brick stacks are dried, and it is guaranteed that each stacked sintered combined wallboard is bonded firmly.
